About Us

Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership organization for girls, offering a supportive, inclusive space where they discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop leadership skills that last a lifetime. Since 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA has empowered girls through hands-on experiences in outdoors, STEM, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.

Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington is proud to carry that mission forward for more than 15,000 girls and nearly 8,000 adult volunteers across 37 counties. Our council provides year-round opportunities for girls to explore the outdoors, challenge themselves, try new skills, and create lasting friendships.

Our online and in-person shops offers uniforms, badges, program materials, and Girl Scout–branded items that celebrate accomplishments and prepare girls for their next adventure. Every purchase directly contributes to local programs, financial assistance, volunteer support, and the broader Girl Scout experience in our region.

About Our Shop

The Girl Scouts Retail Shop operates out of the Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon. Our staff provide knowledgeable support with uniform selection, badge placement, level transitions, and gear for troop activities.

Inventory is shared between our physical store and online shop, ensuring consistent access to Girl Scout essentials. Some council-branded or locally produced items may be exclusive to the Portland shop or online store.

Our online store is a new resource for Girl Scouts, families, and volunteers in our council, and we are committed to improving this experience, adding new items throughout the year and refining our processes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we expand our product offerings, and we welcome feedback to help us better serve our Girl Scout community.
