Delivery + Returns

Shipping + Store Pickup

We aim to make receiving your order as convenient as possible. All orders are processed within two business days and shipped via USPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.


Shipping to Home:

All orders ship through USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information to the email provided once your order has shipped.


In-Store Pickup:

Pickup is available at our GSOSW retail shop located at 9620 SW Barbur Blvd, Portland, OR. Pickup shelving is located next to the fitting room for quick and easy access. Visit our Store Closure page before planning your store visit.


Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

While our inventory system syncs across online and in-store stock, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you via email. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel and receive a refund for the unavailable item. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns

With a receipt or order confirmation, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund via the original payment method. All items must be in new condition: clean, unworn, free of odors, and with all tags, packaging, and/or labels still attached. Defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping items back to the council for return processing. Please contact us at shop@girlscoutsosw.org before returning any items to ensure proper processing.


Exchanges

Items without a receipt are eligible for exchange only. Purchases made with expired program credits are eligible for exchange only. Valid program credits are returned to the member’s account if still valid.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Books, discontinued merchandise, final sale or clearance items (prices ending in .99), and dated items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Trading Post Accounts 

How it Works

Caregivers may add funds to their camper’s Trading Post account for use during overnight camp at Camp Arrowhead and/or Camp Cleawox. Trading Post accounts allow campers to make purchases without cash while at camp. Funds may be added up until the day before a camper’s session begins.


If more than $5 in unused funds remain after camp, the remaining balance will be refunded by September 30, 2026. Unused balances under $5 are not refundable. Trading Post funds are not eligible for return or exchange. If funds are not added prior to camp, Trading Posts will also be open during check-out for card purchases.

Payment Methods

Payments Accepted

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for online purchases.


Program Credits: Program credits available for use in the shop include Adventure Cards, Pathway Cards, Nut Credits, and Cookie Credits. If a program credit has insufficient funds, we will contact you for additional payment. At this time, program credits cannot be entered directly online; customers must elect “Call to Pay or Pay in Store” at checkout and provide program credits over the phone. Visit our Program Credits page for details on how to earn them.


Gift Cards: Gift cards must also be redeemed via “Call to Pay or Pay in Store”. They cannot be applied directly in the online checkout process.
